The target groups of Smart Grids Week are national and international players in the power industry, in research, industry and administration, dealing with the further development of smart electricity infrastructure, its potential challenges and opportunities in its concrete implementation.

The official conference languages are English and German. Simultaneous translation is provided during the lectures.

• Authors of posters: EUR 300.00
• Co-speakers, -chairs, -workshopchairs: EUR 300.00

The conference fee entitles you to the following benefits:

• conference materials
• refreshments during breaks

• participation in the evening programmes including dinner

Payment Conditions

Payment may be made by bank transfer after receipt of invoice or by credit card. After your registration you will receive an invoice from us. Kindly make sure that your conference fee is paid into our account free from any bank charges for us prior to the start of the conference.

Cancellation Terms

Please inform us immediately in writing if you are not able to attend Smart Grids week Vienna 2015. We are unable to refund conference fees after 6th May, 2015. In this case, you are entitled to nominate a representative to attend in your place.

As the 60th Eurovision Song Contest will take place on 23rd May, 2015 in Vienna, we would recommend that hotel reservations are made as soon as possible.
